ü     Cost & SavingsSoftware cost a great deal, not only to install, but also the additional yearly maintenance fees.  With our Reg QA service, there are NO setup fees and the total yearly cost of this service can be recovered within the first month.

o     We do not increase the cost of our service to cover the expenses of high cost “glitter and shine” marketing and advertising.  We keep our marketing material simple and informative.

o     We do not charge for unnecessary travel and expenses to maintain our service.  Most of our client contact is through the internet, email and phone calls.

ü      Maintenance – Our service requires very little interaction with your facilities Information Technology department, with the exception of the one time setup at the start of our service.  Onsite software products may require a large amount of your IT department’s time.  Here is a list of things that installing QA software may require:

o       system table updates and maintenance

o       a user interface to maintain

o       downtime (missed registration errors)

o       user training (including staff turnover and re-training)

o       compatibility with mainframe upgrades and the software product

o      availability of the software product support team as well as the     consumption of time the IT help desk may be utilized

o       QA software updates and the downtime they may cause 

ü     Versatility – Most “canned” software products give you a set of standard features which allow minimal changes to the product.  Our service based QA is completely customizable to each facility. Our edits and reports are not limited to the typical 3 to 7 fields of data.  Our edits have the ability to apply logic with an unlimited amount of “Ifs”, “Ands” and “Buts”.

 ü   Reports – Our reports are your reports.  We have samples you can build from or use, but you create what you want to see, and what information you want to report.  You not only have the option to decide what you want on the report, but you also choose how it is displayed.  Both the information on the report and the format on the report can be changed periodically throughout the life of the service. We completely customize your QA reports. 

ü     Minimal User OR Management Interaction – With our complete Reg QA service…..daily (365 days a year), we download the raw data (unassisted); we scrub your data; we email your employees their registration errors; and we download a complete error detail report and complete summary report of all errors from the day prior.  At the end of the month, all your statistics will be reported, graphed and downloaded for your viewing and distribution.  You will not have to compile stats; you will not have to distribute errors to your employees, and you will not have to prepare reports and graphs.
